Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program

There’s a lot of noise out there for teens–social media, silly videos, the latest trends—and most of it won’t be remembered a year from now. That noise is not going to help teens prepare for their future—get into a good college, find a scholarship, obtain a winner resume. Parents and teens can find it daunting to locate training in leadership, communication, and teamwork skills—those so-called soft skills that colleges and employers crave.

We know parents want the best for their children, and we know that students have big dreams. Dreams that require ambition, perseverance, and a positive attitude. We also know that sometimes they need someone they can count on to help get them there. Monarch developed The Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) program 12 years ago to allow determined young people an opportunity to grow the skills that will help them build those big dreams, accomplish those stunning goals, and overcome the traps and obstacles that get in the way of a stellar future!
